CCC&TI utilizes the Regroup Alert Messaging system to send emergency information and announcements to subscribers. For those who register and opt in to receiving messages, the system delivers instant notices regarding campus delays, closures, and emergency alerts. Subscribers can choose their preferred message delivery method(s) at the time of sign up: email, text message, and/or phone call.
To sign up for CCC&TI’s Regroup Alert Messaging Service visit: https://www.cccti.edu/Regroup/
- In the Regroup dialogue box (image below), enter your contact information in the required fields (name, email address, etc.)
- Enter your phone number including area code (example 8284445555 ) in the phone number field.
- Deselect any delivery methods you do not want (text, voice, e-mail)
- Alerts are sent via groups, Watauga and/or Caldwell. You MUST join one or both groups in order to receive alert messages. Use the drop-down arrow to see the groups and click to select the group(s) you want to join.
- Click the subscribe button and follow the steps on the screen to confirm your account and complete your subscription.
